Music Therapy

I am a board-certified music therapist and have been using music to help individuals of all ages heal for over 12 years.

I have advanced training in perinatal and postpartum mental health as well as NICU music therapy. I support both the birthing parent and partner through navigating birth trauma, difficulty bonding and adjusting, anxiety and depression.

I use my training in Gottman Method for Couples to support relationships experiencing never ending fighting, loss of intimacy, parenting stress, and affairs

I have extensive experience working with teens. I support teens dealing with parent divorce, those that do not want to come to therapy, school stressors, anxiety, and self-esteem.
